The Original Smoothie

8 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
2 scoops nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
½ fresh banana
8 oz. frozen strawberries

Tropical Kale Smoothie

8 oz. fresh pineapple juice
½ fresh banana
8 oz. frozen peaches
1 scoop pineapple sherbet
1 scoop frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 cups shredded kale

Spartan Berry Smoothie

5 oz. raspberry juice
1 ice cream scoop Greek yogurt
3 oz. frozen or fresh blueberries
3 oz. ice

Pitaya Smoothie
